For magazines and digests we utilize the standard 10 point scale used for comic book grading as the media are very similar.
Magazines are priced according to relative grade using the industry standard 0-10 scale. To streamline the listing process, and since there is some subjectivity in grading, we are using a tier system when listing individual magazines, as noted below.
High Grade: 8.5-10
Upper Mid Grade: 7.0-8.5
Mid Grade: 4.5-7.0
Lower Mid Grade: 3.0-4.5
Low Grade: 1.8-3.0
Poor: <1.8, the magazine exists but with significant flaws.
